تفاصيل الوظيفة

Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of clients interactions in the firm database
- Follow call center scripts and procedures to ensure consistency and quality of service
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to navigate computer systems and enter data accurately
- Bilingual in Arabic and English is a Must have
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
