We’re Hiring: Customer Service Representative – Sheikh Zayed, Egypt

Z-Laundry is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our support team. If you enjoy helping people, have strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced

Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers—assisting them by phone and chat with inquiries, order updates, and issue resolution. The role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and a calm, problem-solving approach.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and chat.
Provide accurate information about orders, services, pricing, and timelines.
Log and track issues, coordinating with operations and quality teams when necessary.
Resolve complaints professionally and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow service protocols and escalate unresolved cases when appropriate.
Maintain accurate records and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service or call center roles.
Excellent spoken and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and multitask effectively.
Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems is preferred.
Experience in laundry, dry cleaning, or related service industries is an advantage.

Work Environment:
Working days: Saturday to Thursday.
Supportive, team-driven environment.
Office-based or hybrid, depending on company needs.
Location: Sheikh Zayed – Beverly Hills.
