:Job Description

• for this role, Junior account manager will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support across various departments, ensuring smooth daily operations and efficient project execution.
• Your responsibilities will include managing calendars, scheduling appointments, coordinating day to day operations, preparing reports and presentations, and handling other administrative tasks with accuracy and professionalism.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will collaborate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors.

• Provide administrative support to business operations, including document preparation, data entry, and scheduling meetings.
• Facilitate internal communication by distributing relevant company updates and information to staff.
• Manage customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate department for resolution.
• Oversee inventory management, including client orders and requests
• Assist in financial tasks, such as processing invoices, tracking expenses, pricing projects, and preparing budget reports.
• Conduct monthly reports relevant to the requirements of the clients

• Age:  Max. 29 years Old
• English: Professional & Fluent in Speaking & writing
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Good in MS office & Specially Excel
• Team Player
• Customer Oriented
• Graduated from English University OR English School.
• Well Presentable
• Preferably has a Car & live near Mokattam.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in the same position as an Junior Customer service is a must
