Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives-
Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives-
Identify and qualify new sales leads-
Close deals and generate revenue-
Build and maintain relationships with customers-
Prepare and deliver sales presentations-
Analyze sales data and reports-
Stay up-to-date on industry trends-
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field-
 years 5 of experience in sales management-
Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets-
Strong leadership and communication skills-
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills-
Ability to build and maintain relationships-
Knowledge of the medical and cosmetic industry a plus-
