Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals within the assigned district-
Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives-
Identify and qualify new leads-
Close deals and generate revenue-
Build and maintain relationships with customers-
Prepare and deliver sales presentations-
Analyze sales data and reports-
Stay up-to-date on industry trends-
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures-
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree-
 years 5 of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of achieving sales goals-
Strong leadership and communication skills-
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills-
Ability to build and maintain relationships-
Knowledge of the medical and cosmetic industries a plus-
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation-
Willingness to travel-
