تفاصيل الوظيفة

• Upon receiving PO, login to Nafiza to apply for an ACID number and send it to the Import Department to book space.
• Receive CI, PL, and BL from the Import department, check them carefully and prepare the inventory PL that are going to be uploaded to CARGOX Platform.
• Follow up with the Import Department to be sure the upload of CARGOX documents correctly.
• Track BL number to announce the customer of the ETA, and if anything changes.
• Receive the original documents and prepare for the clearance procedures.
• Announce the customer of the container's arrival to the destination port.
• Follow up with clearance operations in preparing all required documents and stamps including Nafiza E-stamp.
• Announce and unload the customer of the custom’s clearance completed in order to prepare to receive the container in his warehouse.
