Job Description

As a Supply Chain Specialist at CUBE for Smart Investments, you will play a critical role in overseeing and optimizing our end-to-end supply chain operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth flow of materials and products, enhance vendor relationships, and drive cost-effectiveness. Your expertise in procurement, logistics, vendor management, and negotiation will be instrumental in achieving our goals.


Key Responsibilities

1. Procurement:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure the availability of high-quality materials at competitive prices.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships.
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to make informed decisions.


2. Logistics:
- Oversee logistics and distribution processes to optimize inventory levels and reduce lead times.
- Collaborate with logistics partners to ensure efficient transportation and warehousing operations.
- Implement logistics improvement initiatives to reduce costs and enhance service levels.


3. Negotiation:
- Conduct negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and service agreements.
- Utilize your negotiation skills to drive cost savings and value for the organization.


Qualifications:

- 4 years of proven experience in supply chain management with a focus on procurement and logistics
- Experience in Network and Light Current is a BIG plus
- Excellent written and spoken English language
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Proficiency in supply chain software, tools and ERPs
