تفاصيل الوظيفة

: Description
     Create and post job postings on different portals
       Connect with long-term employees through professional social media groups and events       Collaborate with hiring managers to set the right standards for future jobs
       Track recruitment factors including hiring time, working time, and hiring source
       Obtain a database of potential candidates for future job opportunities
     Participate in Recruitment Plans
    Contractors Relationship Management
   Identify potential contractors through various channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
     Develop and maintain relationships with contractors to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates
       Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and suitability for specific blue-collar roles
       Oversee the onboarding process for new contractors, including completing necessary paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations in cooperation with the admin department
     Conduct regular performance reviews and evaluations to assess contractor productivity, quality of work, and adherence to safety protocols
      Prepare and administer contracts, work orders, and other documentation related to contractor engagements
      Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as hiring managers, Farm and Sadat management, and HR business partners to understand their staffing needs and requirements
      Organizing and attending employment fairs in the regions, as the most important channels to attract
blue-collar candidates
 
:Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, organizational psychology, or related field.
      human resources management diploma.
 from 2-4 years of proven experience as a blue collar recruitment specialist, recruiter, or similar role.
       Practical experience with the largest recruitment sites.
      Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and specialized professional sites such as LinkedIn and Facebook.
       Building strong relationships with contractors and outsourcing.
       Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
       Strong interpersonal skills.
     
 Good written and verbal communication skills.
       Team spirit.

Salary from 8,000 till 10,000 gross salary
