Job brief
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and digital marketing channels.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
Develop and manage marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, print, etc.).
Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, and industry partners.
Manage marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure ROI and optimize campaigns.
Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in business development or a related field.
Proven track record of success in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.
Strong understanding of market research and analysis.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
Experience in negotiating and closing deals.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
