تفاصيل الوظيفة

Job Summary
Oversees and monitors daily and monthly computer operating systems.
Design, implement and ensure efficient maintenance
Oversees backup of information and data to ensure recovery in event of system breakdown.
Ensure data is handled, transferred or processed according to company guidelines.
Oversee data and system security operations.
Manage installations, upgrades and configurations of hardware and software.
Determine availability of systems and IT network application process.
 
Duties and Responsibilities
Planning and implementation of IT infrastructure (server, camera system, attendance system, backup system).
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT-related issues, including hardware, software, and networking problems
Manage IP telephone configuration and setup biometric configuration and support
Manage, Support, and monitor Azure and Microsoft365 services.
Support and monitor servers/clients OS and hardware.
Administrate the creation, deletion, and maintenance of user accounts.
Responsible for Backup ERP system and restore.
Implement, Support, and monitor Firewalls (NGFW)
Implement, Support, and monitor VPN connections
Installs and supports new and existing POS system and network infrastructure.
Implement, Support, and monitor devices Endpoint security protection system.
