تفاصيل الوظيفة

:Responsibilities
  • Coordinate internal resources and departments for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Monitor and drive project progress and results
  • Conduct Project Kick-Off & Status Meetings
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Establish and maintain relationships with departments
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation 
:Job Requirements
  • Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience: 3 To 5 Years
  • Previous user of ERP & software In Microsoft dynamics would be a plus.
  • Experience in managing multi-stakeholder projects and coordinating between technical and administrative team.
  • Strategic Planning, Time Management, Effective Communication, Analysis & Decision-Making, Leadership & Team Management, Cost Management, Negotiation Skills and Report Preparation
