- Manage full-cycle recruitment process while maintaining all compliance requirements.
- Assess recruitment needs of the functional managers by developing strong relationships and acting as- their business partner.
- Ensure recruitment processes and procedures support the business objectives.
- Advise innovative solutions to meet ever changing needs of company plan.
- Effectively understand personnel requisitions to ensure attraction of appropriate talent.
- Ensure the internal applicant system and tools are effectively utilized to track daily recruitment .
- Work closely with other departments wherever required ensuring timely and clear communication.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement performance management systems.
- Handle disciplinary actions and terminations when necessary.
- Administer employee benefits and compensation programs.
- Coordinate with department managers to address staffing needs.
- Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data.
:Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Pervious experiance in Restaurant is a MUST
- Proven experience as a mass of hiring min. 3 years
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong sourcing and networking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Redy to work 6 days a week
