تفاصيل الوظيفة


  • Manage the full cycle of recruitment and selection, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending job offers
  • Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and other relevant sources to attract top talent
  • Ensure that the recruitment process is fair, transparent, and compliant with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Employee Relations and Engagement:
  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention
  • Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures
  • Develop and implement employee recognition programs to motivate and reward employees for their contributions
  • Performance Management:
  • Design and implement performance management systems, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance-related matters
  • Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Compensation and Benefits:
  • Administer the compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and compliant with legal requirements
  • Conduct regular market research to benchmark salaries and benefits against industry standards
  • Collaborate with finance and payroll departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll
  • HR Policies and Compliance:
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant with relevant labor laws and regulations
  • Provide guidance and training to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures
  • Stay updated on changes in labor laws and regulations and ensure the company's compliance
  • HR Reporting and Analytics:
  • Compile and analyze HR data and metrics to generate reports and insights for management decision-making
  • Prepare regular HR reports, including turnover rates, recruitment metrics, and training effectiveness
  • Utilize HR analytics to identify trends and propose strategies for improving HR practices and processes
