- Manage the full cycle of recruitment and selection, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending job offers
- Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and other relevant sources to attract top talent
- Ensure that the recruitment process is fair, transparent, and compliant with all applicable laws and regulations
- Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures
- Develop and implement employee recognition programs to motivate and reward employees for their contributions
- Performance Management:
- Design and implement performance management systems, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance-related matters
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Administer the compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and compliant with legal requirements
- Conduct regular market research to benchmark salaries and benefits against industry standards
- Collaborate with finance and payroll departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll
- HR Policies and Compliance:
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant with relevant labor laws and regulations
- Provide guidance and training to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures
- Stay updated on changes in labor laws and regulations and ensure the company's compliance
- HR Reporting and Analytics:
- Compile and analyze HR data and metrics to generate reports and insights for management decision-making
- Prepare regular HR reports, including turnover rates, recruitment metrics, and training effectiveness
- Utilize HR analytics to identify trends and propose strategies for improving HR practices and processes
