Radio Talaat is Hiring: E-commerce Manager
We’re looking for a results-driven E-commerce Manager to lead the commercial and content operations of our online store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing category strategies, managing vendor relationships, optimizing online performance, and ensuring a smooth digital shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities include:
 Developing and executing category strategies aligned with business goals
Defining product assortment, pricing, and promotional plans
 Building and maintaining strong supplier relationships
 Negotiating commercial terms and exclusive online deals
Optimizing product content and discoverability in collaboration with content and marketing teams
 Conducting competitor and market analysis to identify gaps and opportunities
 Working cross-functionally with logistics, finance, customer service, and offline teams
 Leading and mentoring the e-commerce content team

Qualifications:
 Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in retail or electronics
 Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce)
Excellent communication in English and Arabic
Leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
