Create and manage videos-reels-designs sponsored ad campaigns to achieve lead generation and brand awareness goals.
Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
Develop and implement a content calendar for regular posting across social media platforms.
Craft compelling posts tailored to the target audience, focusing on engagement and interaction.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions to foster a strong online community.
 
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
3years of experience in social media marketing, with a strong focus on LinkedIn
Expertise in managing sponsored ads and understanding ad platforms.
Proven ability to generate leads and improve engagement rates.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent communication and content creation abilities.
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
