Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Early Childhood Education Group

We are partnering with a leading organization in the region’s early childhood education sector, backed by a prominent private equity firm in MENA. The company is undergoing a strategic expansion from 17 locations to 50 in the next 2–3 years, and we are looking for an exceptional Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead this growth and shape the future of early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and drive operational excellence across the nursery group, ensuring high-quality service delivery.Develop and implement strategies for sustainable growth, profitability, and efficiency.Lead the achievement of financial and operational KPIs, aligning with the Board's strategic direction.Build, lead, and inspire a high-performance management team, fostering innovation and collaboration.Steer the organization through change, enhancing scalability and long-term resilience.

What We Are Looking For:

Strategic Vision: Proven experience in scaling businesses and driving long-term growth.Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to lead transformation in a rapidly growing environment.Strong Business Acumen: Expertise in managing P&L, financial planning, and driving operational performance.Judgment and Decision-Making: Ability to make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.Cross-Functional Leadership: Strong track record of leadership collaboration across diverse functions.
