تفاصيل الوظيفة

1. Respond to customer inquiries via multiple channels including phone, email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner.

2. Assist customers with order placement, product inquiries, returns, refunds, and other related issues.

3. Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently, striving to turn negative experiences into positive ones.

4. Collaborate with other departments such as logistics, marketing, and product management to address customer concerns and improve the overall customer experience.

5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions .

6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

7. Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams or management for resolution.

8. Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures.

                9.            Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment by sharing knowledge and best practices with colleagues.

                10.          Adhere to company policies and procedures, including privacy and security standards, while handling customer information and transactions.
