Job Brief:

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Research and Development Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for conducting research and developing new technologies to improve our products and processes. If you have a strong background in engineering and a desire to innovate, we want to hear from you!

Research and Development Engineer Duties:

· Design and develop new processes and products

· Research and develop new materials, instruments, and equipment

· Create implementing plans and timelines

· Develop detailed product specifications, and conduct feasibility studies

· Promote collaboration and teamwork

· Provide assistance to other engineers

· Stay current on industry trends

Research and Development Engineer Responsibilities:

· Design, develop, research, test, analyze, and evaluate new and modified products, processes, and services to meet business requirements.

· Research, evaluate, and select potential suppliers and vendors.

· Analyze and interpret technical specifications, drawings, and diagrams.

· Analyze and evaluate alternative solutions.

· Provide technical expertise and consultation to internal customers and suppliers.

· Develop and audit test plans.

· Provide technical assistance and training to less experienced employees.

· Develop and manage budgets, including purchasing and procurement.

Requirements And Skills:

· 2+ years’ of relevant research and development experience.

· Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, science, or a related field.

· Proven knowledge and experience in conducting research, designing product solutions, and presenting findings/results.

· Strong analytical skills, including the ability to find creative solution.
