:Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance, repair, and performance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP).
- Ensure the smooth functioning of elevators, fire protection, and security systems
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns.
- Use Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track repairs and work orders.
- Ensure facilities meet safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Implement emergency preparedness and fire safety protocols.
- Conduct risk assessments and method of statement to enforce workplace safety standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Has previous experience in Facility Management.
- Prefer Knoledge of Corrigo system / CMMs
- Fluency in English is a must
