تفاصيل الوظيفة

Job description:

Lead the maintenance team in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining mechanical systems and equipment.
Develop and implement maintenance strategies, including predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance.
Conduct regular inspections and assessments of mechanical systems to identify potential issues.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and resolve any technical challenges.
Manage maintenance projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and generate reports for management.
Train and mentor junior maintenance staff, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
Minimum of 3 and a maximum of 6 years of experience in mechanical maintenance (Senior).
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and maintenance practices.
Proficient in using diagnostic tools and software for troubleshooting.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong leadership and communication abilities.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP) are a plus.
Electrical maintenance knowledge is a plus.
