تفاصيل الوظيفة

:Job Description
  • Maintain and establish database for the current 90+ injection molds that the company operate.
  • Risk analysis of whole shutdowns expected related to molds problems.
  • Loading molds on the machines according to production plan.
  • Prepare and implement the molds maintenance plans to ensure the smooth flow production (Routine maintenance, Simple preventive maintenance, Inspection maintenance, General maintenance, Major maintenance)
  • Responsible for Providing and manufacturing critical mold spare parts.

:Job Requirements
  • Knowledge of common engineering plastics used for injection molding .
  • At least 2 years’ experience in Mold maintenance and making – specially from an industry which require precise molding.
  • Bachelor degree of mechanical engineering.
  •  Be ready to work and learn in all the activities that are done by the mechanical maintenance department.
