تفاصيل الوظيفة

:Job Summary
  • Work at Hyper Markets “Key Accounts”& large groceries to help with product advertising and increase brand awareness. Work directly with customers to share knowledge of the brand’s products and generate interest in the company’s products.
  • Employee must have exceptional customer service abilities to engage with consumers, both in-store and online, and close sales through their knowledge and enthusiasm for the brand.
  • Sales Promoters can work in a retailer’s store location or they may also work at company events, trade shows and festivals where they have a chance to attract new buyers by sharing their product knowledge. They may also work online to engage with users on a company’s social media profiles.
 
:Job Responsibilities
  • Provide Product Knowledge Training to Outsource promoters on current & new items.
  • Supervise Stock Levels in Hyper Markets either on-shelf & Retail Store Warehouse.
  • Provide daily Stock Levels Reports on daily basis & communicate with Sales Coordinators.
  • Assure the accuracy of product prices & update prices on shelf tags a needed.
  • Communicate with Store Supervisor to issue the sales orders on regular basis and based on sales volume.
  • Assure the availability of new products at all stores & clients.
  • Receive the needed reports from Outsource Staff for expiry dates and/or returns.
  • Review the items display on shelf and confirm that assigned spaces are filled.
  • Representing the company in-store and at industry events.
  • Actively engaging with customers.
  • Answer questions to generate interest in products.
  • Setting up and cleaning up counters at the beginning and end of the work day.
  • Attend and participate in staff meetings and company events.
