Job Description
 
As an International Exhibitor Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of global exhibitions, particularly in industries such as water waste management, e-learning, and related sectors.
 
Key Responsibilities 
- *Client Acquisition:* Identify and target potential exhibitors from various international markets. Build and nurture strong relationships with companies interested in showcasing their products and services at our events.
 
- *Sales Strategy:* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract exhibitors, focusing on presenting tailored proposals that align with their business goals and objectives.
 
- *Market Research:* Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape to better understand the needs of potential exhibitors and position our exhibitions as must-attend events.
 
- *Communication & Negotiation:* Engage in persuasive communication with potential clients, addressing their concerns and negotiating terms to secure their participation. Maintain continuous follow-up to ensure their commitment.
 
- *Target Achievement:* Meet and exceed sales targets by successfully securing a diverse range of exhibitors for each event. Monitor and report on sales activities to ensure progress towards objectives.
 
- *Collaboration:*Work closely with the marketing and event planning teams to ensure the successful execution of exhibitions, providing insights from the sales perspective to enhance the overall event experience.
 
This role requires a proactive approach, strong networking skills, and the ability to effectively engage with businesses across different cultures and regions.
