Pepla is hiring a Customer Service Representative – Night Shift (Work from Home)
We have a vacancy for a night shift customer service representative to join our team and support our valued customers remotely.
Shift Details:
• Work From Home
• Hours: Sunday to Thursday, from 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM, and Friday & Saturday – Full Day Shifts
Job Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional support to customers by addressing inquiries and concerns efficiently and effectively
• Resolve customer issues professionally and promptly
• Gather customer feedback proactively and share updates with the team
• Deliver personalized support to VIP customers, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations
Qualifications:
• Fluency in English (speaking and writing) – C1 or C2 level proficiency required
• Previous experience in the customer service field is preferred
