:Position Summary

  • A proactive and customer-focused Account Manager to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive business growth.
  • The Account Manager will act as the main point of contact for clients, managing accounts, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to expand services.
:Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely and successful communication.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients based on trust, transparency, and value delivery.
  • Understand client needs and business objectives to provide tailored solutions.
  • Manage the end-to-end client account process: onboarding, service delivery, and after-sales support.
  • Prepare and deliver business reviews, proposals, and performance reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, finance) to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Monitor account health and resolve issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed account management KPIs and targets.
