Payroll duties:
- Providing accurate information for payroll and tax-related issues.
- Processing paperwork for new employees and entering employee information into the payroll system.
- Keeping track of leave time, such as vacation, personal, and sick leave, for employees.
- Creates and maintains employees service files through the hiring process.
- Verifies the new employees’ credentials and enrolls them for Medical Checkup
- Reviewing employees' monthly deductions and dues.
- Verifying attendance, time sheets, and due overtime hours. Recording employee information, such as exemptions, transfers, and resignations, to maintain and update payroll records.
- Receives vacations, misconducts, sick leaves & any official interoffice documents.
Recruitment duties:
- Receive, analyze & views the recruitment requests from the clients along with the job description & criteria of each job opening.
-Handle CV’s filtering, screening & points scoring against the job criteria set by each employer.
- Assess the applicant’s skills & profiles against the job criteria set by each employer.
- Attract (head-hunt) the potential candidates throughout different internal or external sources.
- Organize the recruitments waves of the clients including interviews & assessment centers either at the company location or outside.
-Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities.
- Maintain, administer & develop the company’s online database.
- Develop the archiving of CVs received by e-mails.
- Calls applicants to set interview appointments.
- Responsible for welcoming the newly hired and conducting the orientation & departmental tour.
- Preparing the newly hires acceptance letters and experience certificates for resigned employees.
- Updating the HR systems with the new hirers, resigned employees and internal transfers.
Personnel duties:
Handling all related work with Labor office and Social Insurance Office.
-Coordinating all HR administrative tasks such as personnel files, hiring documents, recruitment arrangements, HR emails.
- Handles all related work permit procedures and issue regular reports as required.
- Dealing with social insurance work.
- Dispatch the insurance office paper work (Forms 1, 2, 6) to insurance office.
-Prepare and follow up tasks and documents, Social Security and the Office of Labor and health insurance according to the labor law.
- Analyze employment-related data and prepare required reports.
Organization Developer duties:
- Organize and co-ordinate the recruitment and selection of the new staff.
-Designing and publishing attractive ads, internally and externally
- Choosing & utilizing the right source of good calibers
-Dealing with the personal offices of labor and social security, hospitals, government health insurance
