 : Responsibilities
Manage the financial operations and performance of the company's assets and investments, and ensure the alignment with the company's goals and objectives

Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts, and provide insights and recommendations to the management and clients

Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards, such as GAAP, IFRS, and SEC

Monitor and evaluate the financial risks and opportunities of the company's assets and investments, and advise on risk management and mitigation strategies

Develop and implement financial policies and procedures, and ensure effective financial controls and systems

Collaborate with the Executive Manager and the Asset Management team to develop and execute the company's asset management strategy and plans

Research and analyze the market trends, opportunities, and challenges, and identify areas for improvement and innovation
