Establish and monitor operational standards:

  • Develop and monitor operational standards and procedures to ensure efficiency and quality in serving coffee and mini pancakes.
Daily operations management:
  • Monitor and manage day-to-day operations to ensure effective implementation of plans and objectives.
Performance evaluation and process improvement:
  • Conduct an annual performance evaluation of the team and analyze processes for improvement and increased efficiency.
Compliance and regulations:
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant local laws and health regulations.
Inventory and budget management:
  • Manage inventory and cost control to achieve financial and profitability goals.
