Position Overview
The Executive Personal Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the CEO. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, flexibility, and the ability to manage the CEO's diverse business operations effectively. The assistant will act as a key point of contact, ensuring smooth communication and operations across all sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Personal Support (50%)
Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and daily agenda
Handle email correspondence in Arabic and English, ensuring timely responses
Organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries
Assist with personal errands and tasks to ensure the CEO's efficiency
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed
Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all matters
Business Coordination (30%)
Support the CEO in managing interactions across various business sectors
Coordinate meetings with stakeholders, partners, and team members
Ensure smooth communication between the CEO and different departments
Track project progress and deadlines across the company's ventures
Assist in business development tasks, including research and follow-ups
Administrative Management (20%)
Maintain an organized digital and physical filing system
Process expense reports and manage office-related tasks
Liaise with internal teams to ensure operational efficiency
Handle ad hoc tasks and assignments as required by the CEO
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal/Executive Assistant
Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is essential
Prior experience in a corporate setting or exposure to diverse business sectors
Required Skills
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital tools
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
