تفاصيل الوظيفة

* Responsibilities *
• Analyze sales performance by product, category, color, and size to identify bestsellers and slow movers.
• Build weekly/monthly dashboards & reports to support management decisions.
• Track sell-through rates and recommend product rotation, restocks, or markdowns.
• Segment customers by demographics and behavior to identify high-value and repeat customers.
• Monitor and analyze e-commerce metrics (traffic, bounce rates, conversion funnel, add-to-cart, checkout behavior).
• Measure performance of marketing campaigns (social media ads, influencer collaborations, PR packages, newsletters).
• Provide insights on email & newsletter analytics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions).
• Collaborate with the marketing & e-commerce teams to optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions.
• Conduct A/B testing for website elements, pop-ups, and product descriptions to maximize conversions.
• Forecast demand and inventory needs to support production and avoid over/understocking.
• Translate raw data into clear, actionable recommendations for business growth.
