* Position Summary *

We are seeking a results-driven and innovative E-Commerce Manager to oversee the online sales and digital presence of our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategies to drive traffic, increase conversion, enhance customer experience, and optimize online sales performance.

* Key Responsibilities *

Manage day-to-day operations of the company’s e-commerce platforms (website, marketplaces, mobile apps).
Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales, traffic, and customer engagement.
Optimize product listings, content, pricing, and promotions to maximize visibility and sales.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics (traffic, conversion rates, sales, ROI).
Coordinate with marketing teams on digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, paid ads).
Ensure seamless online customer journey and improve user experience.
Manage relationships with third-party marketplaces (Amazon, Noon, Shopify, etc.).
Oversee order fulfillment, logistics, and ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management.
