تفاصيل الوظيفة

One of a leading real estate and construction company need to hire an “Construction Accounts Payable Accountant” for its head office in new Cairo.
 
Main Tasks: -
Review, and record contractor “Mostakhlas”, including handling contractor’s entitlements and contractor management.
Review, prepare, and record purchase invoices, including handling supplier entitlements and vendor management.
Review and complete the supported documents of petty cash accounts.
Follow up the electronic invoices.
Record and analyzing data of the construction cost.
Perform daily financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable and expense data.
Keep records of inventories.
Possess a complete understanding of accounts payable processes, including VAT, WHT, 41form, etc.
Daily entries.
Maintain files and documentation.
 
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in accounting from a reputable university.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all levels of an organization.
Knowledge of employee relationship building and performance management techniques.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
More than 3 years of experiences in construction sector is MUST.
 
Cairo residence is a MUST, Prefer New Cairo residence or surrounding areas.

This is a full-time position and reports directly to AP Section Head.
9:00 am: 5:00 pm.
