تفاصيل الوظيفة

Real estate and Construction Company Located in New Cairo Looking for: -
Banks & Accounts Receivable Accountant
Main Tasks: -
Review all client’s contracts according to company financial standard policy.
Review client’s offers as per company financial standard pricing policy.
Performing day-to-day AR transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording.
Audit collection requests.
Prepare analysis of accounts receivables (Aging – Collections).
Client’s installments status follows up.
Follow up client’s check collection and returns NR.
Monitor accounts receivables to ensure collection recorded up to date.
Research and resolve client financial discrepancies and issues.
Correspond with clients and respond to inquiries.
Produce monthly Accounts receivable and Banks reports.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual reports.
Assist with month end closing.
Prepare and submitted related tax forms.
Review daily bank statements.
Prepare Monthly bank reconciliation.
Support Accounts Receivable Clerks on a daily basis and train new team members
 
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in accounting from a reputable university.
Postgraduate or Professional certificate is an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all levels of an organization
More than 5 years of experiences in receivable accounting.
More than 3 years of experiences in Real estate sector is MUST.
Cairo residence is a MUST, Prefer New Cairo residence or surrounding areas.
 
Skills:
Mathematical and accounting skills.
Fluent in Microsoft Office specially "Excel “. Teamwork player. Active. Mindfulness and accuracy. Communication skills. Critical thinking skills. Ability to meet deadlines.
