Service Engineer Vacancy
Job description
- Plan monthly visits plan to customers handled.
- Carry out services and water analyses required by each site visited.
- Calibrate dosing pumps, sensors or devices.
- Carry out a stock count for ANCI chemicals and/or equipment.
- Review reports and documentation from customers and inspect product to determine nature and scope of problem
- Prepare a detailed internal and customer report for each visit.
- Prepare monthly and annual reports for each customer.
- Analyse chemistry reports of technical problems to recommend modifications to eliminate future problems
- Provide a communication link between the customer and the company to help ensure that effective service is provided to the customer
- Maintain a database for each customer handled including visits, problems solved, water analysis history and contacts.
- Survey for new potential business at each customer.
- Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times, consistent with client and company expectations, and in doing so help to promote the image of the Company.
- Ensure that guidelines and standards of work expected by ANCI are understood and met.
- Observe and adhere to company health & safety guidelines and contribute to a healthy and safe working environment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Faculty of Science (Chemistry Department) from a reputable university.
- Preferable experience in water treatment chemicals.
- Good command of English language.
- Good command of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Owning a car is a big advantage.
- Ability to travel and work outside.
- Travel days 50-100 % of working days.
- Accommodation for engineers outside Cairo is available by the company.
- Car allowance based on car mileage.
- Technical training in applications of water treatment.
