For a Short Term Project in Cairo
a site engineer with (4 - 6) years site experience preferably in residential projects is required
Bch in Arch Engineering or Interior Design Cairo resident ( Giza or 6th of October is preferred) Preferably owns a car

Main Duties
Setting out, leveling and surveying the site.Coordinate with the material engineer to ensure that all the materials used in site are approved
Responsible for the coordination between site, planning, procurement and contracts departments to ensure that all site resources are available in the right time according to the project time schedule
Take action to recover from delays caused by bad weather, emergencies, or any events of similar nature at construction site then determine its impact on project’s time
Coordinate, direct and control activities of all Sub-contractors then inspect and assess their work performance
Evaluate and resolve any discrepancies and problems arising during construction which affect the quality of works performed.Conduct daily briefing with construction manager to follow-up and report on the work progress to the planning department
Responsible for preparing and sending the daily report to the planning engineer
Prepare dwgs. quantities take off for variations when requested.Overseeing the requisition, storing and handling of all construction materials in site
Assist the QC engineer in inspecting performed activities and implement the required corrective action for all discrepancies
