تفاصيل الوظيفة

• Maintain and expand client database.
• Searching the market for potential customers (Companies- Factories- etc.)
• Gathering contact details and data about the market.
• Able to travel throughout sales territory within Egypt.
• Achieving company's sales target.
• Arrange meetings with new customers to agree on future business opportunities.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Producing weekly reports about the sales department to the general manager.
• Supervise day-to-day activities of training team members.
• Supervise the development, implementation, and delivery of all training programs.
• Partner with the Implementations team
• Create and publish client and internal training course schedules.
• Coordinate training activities
• Assign client training requests to team members.
• Recommend and implement training program improvements.
• Perform review of all newly developed training courses.
• Effectively communicate with internal and external clients.
• Effectively communicate will all levels of management.
• Coordinate onsite trainings with clients, sales, and Implementations teams
