تفاصيل الوظيفة

•                      Planning, directing and maintaining follow-up actions and related tasks and hours of labor distribution in accordance with the production plan approved
•                      Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
•                      Determinining manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand
•                      Assign workers and other staff to particular production operations
•                      Schedule shift according to production needs
•                      Monitoring jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget
•                      Addressing issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption
•                      Keeping paperwork organized
•                      Collaborating with quality control, warehouse and other departments
•                      Communicate closely with all departments on fulfilling delivery requirement
•                      Lead, train and guide the production team
•                      Develop, implement, manage & fulfill key performance indicators (KPIs) including: On-Time Delivery, Manufacturing Cycle Time, and Yield, Capacity Utilization, Energy Cost & others.
Planning and steering and follow-up actions external formulations for the delivery of finished products to the customer in accordance with the schedule approved
