تفاصيل الوظيفة

Business Role: Hands-on management of bus operations with high response rate to achieve highest levels of schedule adherence and to sustain an excellent  customer service levels.

The successful terminal shift supervisor will monitor the operations on shifts basis for one or more routes, taking actions to ensure smooth operations; resolving any issues related to the operations or IT-systems on the bus. The TSS will act as first line support for the Operations team as well as the IT .

 Main responsibilities
1. Monitor buses dedicated to the route on GPS system
2. Troubleshoot basic IT problems
3. Schedule adherence for dedicated routes
4. Delivery daily status reports on quality of the operations
5. Respond to escalated customer complaints
6. Communicate continuously with Operations Center to resolve any operational issues
