تفاصيل الوظيفة

·        Assist and under supervision, support Customs Official in performing clearing duties in coordination with customs officials.
·        Provide assistance for goods to be transported from or to customs facilities, either by company vehicles or if not available, engaging competent transporters, and oversee safe and secure loading and unloading of goods.
·        Ensure goods are delivered to company warehouse, complete, intact and with proper documentation
·        Close document flow cycle with stores, accounting, sales support, and banks.
When required, deliver tender bidding documents to clients, and/or attend tender bidding meetings with clients, and take minuets thereof, and report outcome with concerned sales engineer or sales support staff
