Admin Assistant position. Job Purpose:
General office Management and Administrative duties & services by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies, and assisting top Management in all work related tasks
Duties:
• Personal assistant general duties and reporting to MD.
• Handling employee personal files and related employee matters
• General HR experience needed relating to recruitment, Social security, new hires orientation, problem resolution…etc
• Creates and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, recordkeeping systems, forms control, office layout, and budgetary and personnel requirements; implementing changes.
• Develops administrative staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.
• Resolves administrative problems by coordinating between employees and , and identifying solutions whenever needed
• Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
• Provides information by answering questions and requests.
• Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
• Organizing company events by scheduling and assigning relevant projects; expediting work results.
• General communication tasks: sending and receiving emails, writing reports, writing company announcements, preparing power point presentations… etc
• Scheduling, organizing or attending internal and/or external meetings
Skills/qualifications:
• Reporting Skills, Administrative Writing Skills, Microsoft Office Skills, Managing Processes, Organization, Analyzing Information , Professionalism, Problem Solving, Office environment Control, Verbal Communication
• Related working experience in Admin field: Minimum 5 years
