تفاصيل الوظيفة

·         Serve as an Information Channel on IMS guidelines, Safety & Security Awareness, Data sourcing & compilation
·         Facilitating IMS, Safety & Security guidelines adherence by evaluation and support to the Line staff
·         Escalates repetitive or pending operational issues and deviations from IMS for fast tracking resolving / adherence   
·         Overseeing implementations of management decisions where called for and assisting in implementation when support is sought.
·         Ensuring awareness of Safety, Sanitation and Preventive Measures.
·         Supports the Logistics Manager on administrative issues and Team Building.
·         Assessment of Training and effectiveness in tandem with all concerned.
·         Monitors the delegated tasks by the Logistics Manager and ensures implementation. 
·         Make a brief study of the QC pertinent factors at inception, for infusion of Quality procedures.
·         Drafting procedures, work instructions and formats when called for and reviewing those drafted.                                                                        
·         Over viewing attendance to client complaints for speedy resolving, studying the root causes and recommending appropriate preventive action.     
·         Reviewing Inspection Reports, and Accident Reports and suggesting solutions where required.
·         Complete examination to all products within receiving and delivering process and make reports.
·         Making Reports with problems that face operation team with Receiving and delivering process and raise reports to Quality Control manager.
·         Making quality warning with any problem finding in operation department and inform the Quality Control manager with it.
·         Examine orders before delivering them to the customer to avoid any problems with customers.
·         Help the operation team on appearing in the best look to avoid any problems with customers.
·         Make a daily inventory of the products in terms of system and cleanliness and raise it to quality control manager to solve the problem.
·         Regularly check the shipping and receipt process to ensure that it is properly delivered
