تفاصيل الوظيفة

- Previous experience in a similar position
- Familiar with office equipment
- Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
- Fluency in English is a MUST
- Familiar with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Strong communication and people skills
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Job Responsibilities
- Greets and welcomes guests
- Answers questions and addresses complaints
- Handles incoming calls
- Receives and delivers "letters, packages, etc
- Keeps updated records and files
- Monitors office expenses and costs
- Responsible for the stationary and office supplies
- Assist the Workshop Manager in running and new workshops
- Coordinate daily customer service operations
- Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs
* Expected working days/hours are basically Saturdays to Thursdays, from 1pm to 10pm including 2 hours break
* Working hours are flexible as extra hours may be needed based on the working schedule
