Commission Up to 5% of Target of Sales Team By Dollar

تفاصيل الوظيفة

Coaching, inspiring and motivating a sales team.
Ensuring the team meets the sales targets.
Sales training, development, and performance management. 
A good understanding of the market dynamics in the respective sector.
Developing sales strategies to guarantee success and growth.
Developing and maintaining customer relationships 
Disciplined use of CRM system, communication and customer management.
Handling customer complaints and enquiries.
Monitoring random calls for quality assurance.  
Forecasting and analysing sales data. 
Regular reporting of KPI’s to directors 
Keeping to targets and managing KPI’s.
Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients via telephone calls, online chat and emails.
Interact to customer`s inquires and transfer them to the most appropriate department.
Consult with clients after contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
Educating clients in the use of platforms, systems and trading processes.
Keep up-to-date with the financial markets and factors that influence them
Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products and prices.
Consult with clients after contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
Recommend products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests.
Customer service experience is a plus.
Stock Market experience is a plus
Shift: 9 am to 5 pm.
Friday & Saturday OFF.
Male and Female.
Work Location: Dokki (Giza Government).
