Generate new leads locally -
 Search for, and identifying potential clients -
 Creation and Implementation of the set sales plans -
 Meeting monthly and annual targets -
 Hiring a team of junior sales coordinators -
 Managing and monitoring subordinates - 
 Attending an internal and external meeting -
 Telesales tasks -
 Attending exhibitions and fairs -
 Follow up on all obtained accounts concerning offers, sales status, and after-sales services -
 Prepare and send offers - 
 Complete closing process and ensure payment collection -
Follow defined quality and sales procedures while running sales activities -
Working knowledge of related operational aspects of Freight Forwarding-
