 Developing and maintaining business plans
 Increase services awareness and maintain
profitable client business relationship
Ensure & develop the business cycle entire
the corporate unit
 Supervise and manage the service delivery
process and resolving any problems in the
delivery in collaboration with the corporate
team
 Managing and developing the corporate
team to efficiently perform their roles in
handling all the accounts activities
 Train, evaluate, and follow-up with corporate
unit employees
 Monitor the corporate team progress
assign their duties accordingly
 Ensure quality of work of his subordinates
