·         Responsible for handling all legal issues arising from installment requests and collection

·         Actively handle and take immediate and prompt legal action in cases of late/no delivery of customer monthly installment, and take steps to ensure that these cases are not repeated in the future.

·         Directly call and address non-paying customers to provide warnings against not paying on time and informing them of the legal action that will be taken.

·         Provide and arrange ready documents as legally binding support and backup for all company cases and ensure that company right is met.

·         Actively detect and take control and necessary action of all forms of employee installment fraud cases and ensure that any loopholes allowing these cases to take place are prevented.

·         Handle and resolve cases of branch shortage between employees to ensure all parties’ rights are met.

·         Participate and provide key input in employee investigations that have to do with branch shortages, fraud cases, theft, and any other impending issues.

·         Responsible for administrative and legal procedures of collecting monthly installments and cheques, and applying legal background on carrying out and amending policies when needed.

·         Acts as a direct point of contact for Aman employees as well as customers regarding any legal issues.
·         Provide general legal support when so required.

Perform other related duties.
