تفاصيل الوظيفة

·      Assist in Developing, managing and maintaining an effective and efficient customer service mechanism.
·      Handle any clients inquiries about new services \ locations \ prices , offers \reservation of service ….etc
·      Support in developing, managing & maintaining a reliable data base for all Nacita Auto Care clients.
·      Handel Clients complains & suggestions for development if any using different available form of communication
·      Perform random follow up with clients to measure customer satisfaction.
·      Perform random field visits to sites of service in order to survey clients’ level of satisfaction \complains & suggestion.
·      Collect consolidated data from surveys and any other outputs of communication with clients.
·      Provide technical Support his \her superior in any of his \her tasks upon request.
