About the Job
 
KDL customer inquiry handling  
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
Receiving call from our client and inquiry handling.
Act as a manager and CEO to achieve the real client’s requirements or complain,
Collect the data base of our clients and, daily report to be archived, for what happened and what , and how and when that case will be closed in right way
 
Job Requirements:
 
Bachelor's Degree
Fluent English, Speaking and writing
Well - Organized
At least 3 years’ experience.
wood process  background 
Experience with ERP System- CRM Module
