Working hours: 8 hours rotaional
Days off: 1 day rotaional
:Responsibilities
handling all customer complaint in all sector getting win win situation for client
help getting customer sanctification
work wit all prime department retaining patronizing customers and looking for new customer
Converting customer complaint to sales opportunity
 Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
 Take ownership of customer’s issues and follow problems through to resolution
 Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission
 Develop service procedures, and standards
 Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
 Keep ahead of industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement
Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
 Writing reports analyzing the customer service that your organization provide
